Cookies
Last updated: 24 July 2026
We use cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, to measure how the site is used, to keep it secure, and to run our support chat. We do not run ad-tech and do not share cookies with third-party advertising networks. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, which you can change at any time in your browser.
Strictly necessary
Session and authentication cookies, and the anti-spam token set by Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms. Authentication for Nyuchi Tools is handled by WorkOS / AuthKit. The platform does not function without these; they cannot be switched off.
Preferences
Theme (light / dark) and language preference, saved locally so the UI does not flash on every page load.
Analytics
We use two analytics services on the marketing site:
- Vercel Web Analytics — aggregate, privacy-focused, no cross-site identifiers and no client-side cookies.
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate usage measurement, which sets its own cookies and processes device, approximate-location, and usage data. It runs with consent and you can decline it without affecting site function.
Support chat
Intercom powers our in-page support widget and sets cookies to maintain your chat session and recognise you across visits. If you do not open the chat, no conversation data is created.
Managing cookies
You can manage or clear cookies through your browser settings, and decline non-essential cookies. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in and other core functionality. Questions:privacy@nyuchi.com.
