Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Nyuchi products. By signing up or using a Nyuchi product you agree to them.

Acceptable use

Don't break the law in our products. Don't use the platform to harm people. Don't extract data en-masse without permission. Don't try to break into customer environments that aren't yours.

Service levels

Free and Team tiers are best-effort, with our public status page as the source of truth. Enterprise customers receive a contractual SLA aligned with their workload.

Termination

You can leave at any time and take your data with you. We can terminate accounts violating these terms with notice and a chance to cure where reasonable.

Liability

Capped at fees paid in the trailing twelve months for the product in question. Standard carve-outs apply for fraud and gross negligence.

Governing law

Zimbabwean law governs the agreement, with disputes settled by arbitration in Harare unless local law dictates otherwise.
