Slow on hiring, fast on shipping.
We do not run a permanent funnel. Roles open only when there is real work to do, and we keep teams small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is working on. The point is not to scale headcount — it is to ship software that holds up where the network is unreliable and the stakes are real.
