We collect only the information needed to operate the products you have signed up for. That includes account information you provide, telemetry necessary for reliability, and content you choose to store in the platform.

How we use it

To operate the products, secure them, and improve them. We do not sell personal data, do not run an ad network, and do not resell user attention.

Data residency

Customer data is held on regional infrastructure aligned with the customer's jurisdiction of residence. Sovereign deployment options are available on the Enterprise tier.

Your rights

Access, correction, portability, and deletion. Email privacy@nyuchi.com with the subject line "Subject access" and we will respond within the timelines set by the applicable jurisdiction.
