A note on usage and fairness
We do not meter every byte. Most teams stay well under their tier and we do not enjoy chasing overages. If you are operating at a scale these tiers do not describe — clinic networks, government, large NGOs — talk to us about an Enterprise arrangement that reflects how you actually use the platform.
